Q. HOW FAST IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME FOR REAL ESTATE PHOTOS?
A. I offer 24-hour turn around and promise 48 hour turn around. There may be an additional charge for same-day turnaround. Feel free to check with me on my current turnaround time depending on the time of year.
Q. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
A. A minimum of 20-25, but in most cases between 35-40 images, unless you request less.
Q. How far do you travel to shoot a house? Is there a travel fee?
A. I am available to travel anywhere in NC/SC. I include the first 20 miles from my studio (526 Pylon Dr.) in my pricing. If the distance exceeds the 20 miles, I charge a fee of 55 cents per mile. I can give you an estimate if you request one.
Q. HOW DO I BOOK AND SCHEDULE A HOUSE SHOOT?
A. You may contact me through the website or if you wish, you may call or text me at (336) 905-0866. You may email me as well. You can also pre-pay through the website and you will be contacted to setup an appropriate time within 24 hours of your order.
Q. HOW DO I VIEW/DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES?
A. As soon as your images are ready, you will receive an email from me with a Dropbox link so you can directly download the images.
Q DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE SHOOT?
A. That is completely up to your discretion and the homeowner. I have many realtors who like to meet me and I also have a few who would rather just give me a combination.
