SENIOR PICTURES
Senior pictures have a been a very popular tradition and I really enjoy meeting and learning about their likes and interests and incorporating that into their shoot. I always enjoy hearing about their plans for the future and try and provide images that are both meaningful for family members and also fun and creative, reflecting who they are. I can provide a variety of settings depending on his or her style. Some popular locations I’ve photographed include barns, fields, lakes, downtown, old buildings, the beach, and many others. For some senior portraits, I will give the photos a light and airy or almost hazy look or a more dramatic look with vibrant colors and vivid skies and sunsets. This is something I like to customize for each senior, so no ones photos look exactly like the last. I draw most of my inspiration for my senior portrait sessions from fashion and sports magazines and try to think like a fashion photographer would, providing a more editorial image. Because I believe in natural editing, I will remove any blemishes or excess shine and pop the eyes with light but I don’t like to go over-board with the editing. Extra editing such as whitening of the teeth or eyes can be done upon request but there may be an additional charge. I encourage seniors to bring a parent or friend along and can combine shoots together with friends of the senior as well. I am based in Raleigh and typically will travel to the Triad area to do sessions. I offer online galleries with all of my sessions and also the option to buy prints or digital files. I would to talk with you about the senior portrait session so I can customize a shoot that truly reflects your personality and interests. Thanks for checking out my site and browsing through my senior picture gallery.
