I am truly passionate about wedding photography and find myself very fortunate to be doing something I love in Photographing in Raleigh, Greensboro and all over North Carolina. I am a Raleigh wedding photogapher, raleigh photographer, real estate photographer and food photographer.

 

I first started photographing weddings in Greensboro  as a Greensboro wedding photographer and have travelled to some great places such as the Outer Banks, Winston-Salem, Asheville and New York. I really enjoy taking pictures of engagement sessions and hearing the story of the proposal…always a very exciting story. Even more so, I enjoy seeing the personality of the bride and the groom on their wedding day and capturing the details that make that wedding uniquely theirs.

 

Family pictures are some of my favorite things to capture. I love meeting everyone from the parents to the kids and enjoy the challenge of working with each of their personalities and finding a unique location that is meaningful and timeless for their portraits. Raleigh Photographer

 

I really can’t say enough about details. From elegant weddings at rustic farms to over the top receptions in urban settings, details are such a wonderful part of life and I believe in capturing them with my lens. I have had the great pleasure of travelling to some exciting places such as the Napa Valley, Paris, and Oslo and would love to photograph a wedding there one day. Aside from enjoying and documenting incredible characteristics of weddings and exciting cities, I have had the pleasure of sampling some of the delicious food at many fine restaurants. Some favorites of mine are Thomas Kellar’s Bouchon, Addendum and Ad Hoc in Yountville, California. Food photography is one of my favorite things to capture. I love setting up different entrees, appetizers and desserts and sometimes I even get to do my own little taste testing (best part in my opinion). Another facet of photography I find enjoyable is boudoir. As a gay man, I find it truly an artistic form of photography and approach it at an editorial standpoint. Boudoir pictures can be a very special gift to a groom or partner during Valentine’s or Anniversary or a simple “I love you” present. At the request of my clients, I will offer my input on lingerie, hair, makeup, and clothing. I have boudoir prints as well as albums available.

 

Seniors are another portion of photography I really like taking pictures of. I take my time to try and get to know them and find out any hobbies or interests and reflect those in their pictures. I can offer my advice on locations and wardrobe upon request.

 

I have worked with many realtors and contractors including Berkshire Hathaway, Spencer Properties, Southeastern Companies and many others. It is always very interesting to me to see and capture many beautiful homes, as my partner and I are currently in the process of looking for a home and maybe even building. Real estate photography has been an excellent way for me to get out of the house and take a break from editing and see some amazing architecture.

 

Corporate events and headshots are some other things I enjoy photographing. Meeting all of the key leaders and managers of businesses and taking a glimpse into corporate America is always very enlightening to me. I have worked with many small businesses and large corporations in Greensboro, Raleigh and Charlotte and enjoy attending their conferences and events and finding out their business story.
